feeling pissed.

i mean, come ON. when i spend time on something, i expect the results. it just does NOT sit well with me when i spend 5 hours on the powerpoint slides, and you just take it and change it, albeit not the whole thing. yes, you are the leader, i know, but that doesn't mean i can just sit here happily watching you alter my work without consulting me. the original looks much better in my opinion. i am entitled to my opinion right, or should i consult with you on THAT too.

from the first presentation, which i produced entirely by myself, you should know my style is approved of by the mentors. is it so difficult to allow someone to do something themselves? if the powerpoint SUCKED, you'd be more entitled to change it to something better, but we both know that's not the case.

sorry to those of you who hate reading stuff like this, just need to vent.
